Haley S. Friedler, MPH, is Global Medical Director of Evidence Generation at Sanofi, leading strategic real-world evidence initiatives within Immunology. With expertise spanning pharmacoepidemiology, patient registries, observational research, and quality improvement, she has designed and executed numerous RWE studies across therapeutic areas. Prior to her role at Sanofi, Haley led a team of epidemiologists at PicnicHealth and previously held roles at OM1 and Boston Children’s Hospital, advancing innovative approaches to electronic health records, claims data analysis, and healthcare performance. She holds an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University, where she serves as Adjunct Professor.
