Real-World Data Strategy, Emerging Therapies Lead Novo Nordisk

Lauren Young is Associate Director of Real-World Data Strategy at Novo Nordisk, where she leads efforts in tokenization, data linkage, and real-world data assets to shape enterprise data strategy. She brings a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare, holding both an MBA and BS from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

With more than a decade of experience spanning clinical trial tokenization, medical informatics, and real-world evidence, Lauren has held leadership roles at ICON and IQVIA, where her work contributed to publications in JAMA Network Open and JNCI Cancer Spectrum. She also previously ran her own consulting firm, providing pharmaceutical analytics solutions. Lauren is passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation, improve healthcare insights, and support evidence generation across the drug development lifecycle.
